If you are unable to attract a healthy relationship, here is why…

Someone sent me this quote the other day “If you are single, make the best of it. It’s not because you are not good enough for anyone, but it means no one is good enough for you yet.”
This quote is garbage and I will tell you why!
If you say you want a relationship, but are unable to have a healthy relationship and keeps jumping from relationship to relationship, it is because you keep repeating subconscious patterns and recreating childhood trauma you have never dealt with.
You may or may not be aware of what those traumas are, but pretty much they go like this: physically or emotionally unavailable parent, or abandonment issues.
You will never have a healthy relationship if you do not heal those wounds around love, worthiness, fear of abandonment and feelings of inadequacy.
Love wants to find you, but you push it away, because of your unhealed childhood wounds.
Heal your wounds, heal your unhealthy patterns of behaviour around relationships. Heal your addiction to drama.
Let go of your story “ I will never find someone”, “all the good ones are taken”.
Once day, when you are serious about having a healthy relationship, do the healing work.
Get a coach, get a therapist, get a counsellor.
It may take weeks, months or years to clear the baggage from the past, but it is worth it.
Because you are worth it.
Once you learn to recognise the unhealthy patterns around relationships, you will run the opposite direction when you meet that bad boy or that crazy bitch.
When you let go of the old emotional baggage that you are so much afraid of looking at and pretending it is not there, healthy love will find you.
And it will be a keeper.
Love found me once I looked at the skeletons in my closet. When I made the effort to clean the emotional baggage from my past.
Love will find you when you do the same.
